Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. International delivery is not available yet.

How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery costs £2.99 for orders below £30. Free standard UK delivery is available on orders £30 and over, after applicable discounts and before delivery charges. Express delivery costs £4.99. Available delivery options are shown at checkout. Read our Shipping Policy for full details.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days and express delivery usually takes 1–2 working days. Busy periods and carrier delays can affect these estimates.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes. Belumiee offers a 30-day return window, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. Please read the Refund Policy before sending anything back. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Can pierced jewellery be returned?

For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery supplied in sealed packaging can only be returned if that seal remains intact, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

What does 925 sterling silver mean?

Items described as 925 sterling silver are made from an alloy containing 92.5% silver. Check each product description for information specific to that design, and visit our Hallmarking Guide for more detail.

What is your fashion jewellery made from?

Materials vary by design. Please check the individual product description before buying, particularly if you have a known sensitivity. If anything is unclear, contact us before ordering.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Keep jewellery dry and away from perfume, hairspray, creams and household chemicals. Put it on after beauty products, remove it before showering, swimming or exercise, and store pieces separately in a cool, dry place. Gently wipe after wear with a soft, dry cloth.
