Refund policy

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be new, unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging, with any tags or protective packaging intact.

To request a return, please contact Belumiee before sending your item back. Returns are accepted by post.

For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Where required by your statutory rights, Belumiee will cover the appropriate return costs and provide the applicable remedy.

Return Instructions

Please do not send a return until you have contacted us and received return instructions.

For standard change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as the returned item remains the customer's responsibility until it is received by Belumiee.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return period, subject to availability. Please contact us before returning an item for exchange. Customers are responsible for return postage for standard change-of-mind exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Your statutory rights continue to apply where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, including goods purchased at a discounted or sale price.
