SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
During peak periods, including sales events and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
United Kingdom
• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs
• Standard Shipping: £2.99–£3.99
• Express Shipping: £4.99–£6.99
• Free UK Shipping on orders over £50
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
5. Delivery Information
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.
Belumiee is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave it in a safe place or attempt redelivery according to their policy.
6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
If your order:
• Has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, or
• Arrives damaged
