Shipping policy
Belumiee currently delivers within the United Kingdom.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
During busy periods, sales, launches and public holidays, processing may occasionally take longer.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your order has been sent.
2. UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
Standard Delivery
£2.99 for orders under £30.
Free Standard Delivery
FREE when your order value is £30 or more.
Express Delivery
£4.99.
The delivery options available for your order will be displayed at checkout.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Delivery:
Normally 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery:
Normally 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occasionally occur because of circumstances outside Belumiee's reasonable control.
4. FREE UK DELIVERY
Free standard UK delivery is available when the qualifying order value is £30 or more.
The qualifying order value is calculated after applicable discounts and before any paid delivery upgrade.
If an order no longer meets the free-delivery threshold following an adjustment or cancellation, the applicable delivery charge may apply.
5. ORDER TRACKING
When tracking is available for your delivery service, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your parcel has been handed over.
6. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Please contact Belumiee as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change its delivery address.
7. DELIVERY DELAYS
Postal and courier delays can occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, service disruption and unusually high carrier volumes.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@belumiee.com so we can investigate.
8. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number together with photographs of the parcel and damaged item where possible.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at hello@belumiee.com.
We will investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier and take appropriate action.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights.
9. LOCAL DELIVERY
Where local delivery is offered and available for your address, the applicable local delivery option will be displayed at checkout.
Any eligibility conditions shown at checkout apply to the local delivery service.
10. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Belumiee currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
International delivery is not currently offered through our standard online checkout.
11. RETURNS
Delivery and returns are governed separately.
